Could not find the required OpenGL|ES 2.0 libraries

Hi all,

I have a problem in *gstreamer-plugins-bad* version *1.5.1* in the
configure process, it fails showing this message "*Could not find the
required OpenGL|ES 2.0 libraries*"

I can configure and build if I ignore *openGl* plugin but the problem is
that I want to have *OpenGL* plugin built.

What can I do to have this issue fixed ?
