about gstcollectedpad timestamp

hi,
     I have write a gst-element , likely N input sinkpad and 1 output 
srcpad , I use GstCollectedPad to manager sinkpads, but when I create 
more than one sinkpads, I found that , some one of the sinkpad will give 
the discontinuous timestamp, it's lost some frames, and the more sinkpad 
the more lost frames, I want to know that wether it is my program error?
