Installing Gstreamer with Cerbero...

Hi,
I'm trying to use cerbero to install gstreamer!
So, when I do:

(To fire up the bootstrapping process, go to the directory where you
cloned/unpacked Cerbero and type:)
cerbero bootstrap

I get "cerbero: command not found". I see the cerbero directory but it
doesn't work.
Is there something I can do or what did I do wrong?
