rtsp server behind router what to do without port forwarding

Or is there some way to let the rtsp server send some packets to the client
side for NAT purpose? It means we start the client side at first. The server
side is no longer the waiting side. The first packet in this communication
comes from the server side. So that the server side's packet can tell its
router to remeber the NAT rule. When the packets come back, the router will
forward them using NAT. Is there something works like this in
gst-rtsp-server?
