Opening a .avi video file with Gstreamer-0.10

I'm having a problem oppening a .avi video file.

gst-launch filesrc location=file.avi ! decodebin ! ffmpegcolorspace !
autovideosink

--> Missing element: video/x-avi-unknown decoder
