Well, the encoder has been taken by us, and slightly modified :).
You will find it here :

The error observed is that the first buffer provided by the encoder to
h264parse is not correct. And so, h264parse fails to find NAL, etc.
We can provide traces, but we will first push the compositor modifications
we made to our repository, which may help too... :).
