How to link element to pipeline in android?

Yes, I know.
I should set GST_PLUGIN_PATH and GST_REGISTRY environments first, before I
execute gst_init().
Because I used the libgstreamer_android.so, I should set GST_PLUGIN_PATH
environment to libgstreamer_android.so'dir or not? And how did we set  the
GST_REGISTRY environment ?
