Not able to Display and Encode YUV in single pipe.

Hi,

I am able to successfully display and encode yuv data in different pipes,
but am not able to do that in single pipe. Can anyone please help ! 

Display:

gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=rawvideo.yuv blocksize=480600 !
videoparse width=640 height=480 framerate=30/1 ! videoconvert !
autovideosink

Encode:

gst-launch-1.0 -v filesrc location=rawvideo.yuv blocksize=480600 !
videoparse width=640 height=480 framerate=30/1 !  videoconvert !
video/x-raw,format=I420,width=640,height=480,framerate=30/1 ! x264enc !
mpegtsmux ! filesink location=final.mp4

Display +  Encode (*Not Working*) [/Its showing a blank screen and getting
stuck at one point/]:
