Gstreamer on Ubuntu(VirtualBox)

I have Ubuntu(guest OS) on my VirtualBox and I trying to playback video which
captured from webcam using this pipeline:

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src ! videoconvert ! ximagesink

But I get only empty window:

How I can configure my VirtualBox and Ubuntu for playback video from webcam?
