Why not. Please attach a full GST_DEBUG=*:6 log there.

Or check the log yourself:

 $ GST_DEBUG=*:6 gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file:///path/to/test.mp3
2>dbg.log

 $ grep --max-count=1 -B100 not-negotiated dbg.log
