Suggested PIpeline to capture jpegs from playing movie?

Indeed, I cannot represent this in gst-launch-1.0 syntax. A solution
that should work, is to add a pad probe, in between buffer send EOS,
FLUSH_START, FLUSH_STOP in order to overite. Or if you think it's
useful, simply add property to filesink.
