Setting demuxer/decoder property in decodebin

Hi,

I'm trying to decode a TS file with multi programs. I can set the property
'program-number' in tsdemux element. But how can I set the same property
when I use decodebin instead of ... ! tsdemux program-number=100 ! h264parse
! avdec_h264 ... ?
