Issue with synchronized file streaming (MPEG-2 TS) over UDP Sink

There are plenty of known bugs in older version of tsdemux(0.10 version as
well - See in bugzilla) Some of them pertain to PTS and PCR such as using
wrong PCR for PTS etc. Strongly recommended to use latest stable version of
gst-plugins-bad
