autogen.sh configure is in infinite loop

Hello I get an infinite loop when i run ./autogen.sh.
It completes the configure and then starts the configure all over again
instead of dropping back to console. I have tried running autoreconf and git
clean -x -d -f and the problem keeps persisting.

Do you have any suggestions?
