Not necessarily. Taking a look at a single gst-launch line might
be a lot easier than taking a look at (your) code. Additionally,
I want to make sure this is a GStreamer problem (I suspect
it is but I haven't confirmed).

This is not always the case, specially for the delivery systems we
have tested less.
