Missing openh264enc plugin in Linux

Thanks Sebastian, you are right, i'm using Debian. Thank you for the info, i
was getting crazy seeking the openh264 plugin. I just tested the default
settings with openh264 and x264enc so i suposse i will have to work with the
settings in order to create smaller archives.
