BUFFER in gstreamer 1.0

I am trying to run this example

And GST_BUFFER_SIZE GST_BUFFER_MALLOC() .etc not defined in gstreamer-1.0
gstbuffer.h

I think it was example for 0.1

What I can use in 1.0? Thank you
