Caps propagation problem : my audio gets resampled !

Can't see anything evident. Run with -v, this will trace caps on all pads.
The two first don't have a resampler, so it cannot really be anything else
then 48khz. Maybe there is some bug in shout2send ? Aka sending 1 stream to
all sessions ?
