Caps propagation problem : my audio gets resampled !

Wait I know, opusdec can resample. There was a negotiation bug prior to
1.10. iirc, you can add a caps filter after opusdec to workaround, or
update.

  ... ! opusdec ! audio/x-raw,rate=48000 ! ...
