Mute microphone

Hi,

I am also using volume but I have not yet gotten to the point of test it
throughly. Also, I am still a trying to come up to speed with GStreamer and
not very experienced with it so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Just a comment, volume only supports little-endian formats so perhaps if you
put an audioconvert BEFORE volume that might help.
