Port streaming pipeline to gst-rtsp-server

Solved out thanks to a suggestion got in a SO thread.
The problem in the pipeline was related to the fact that I was missing  a
decoder to feed the edgedetect element with raw data.
Just replacing the qtdemux with the decodebin and adding an audioconvert in
the audio part, I got it working.
