embed ffmpeg librtmp patch into gst?

Hi,

rtmpdump is an external dependency for gstreamer. So the changes that you
have posted here will be independent of gstreamer

Can you possible file a bug in Mplayer and reuqest this changes to be pushed
to librtmp at git://git.ffmpeg.org/rtmpdump
