embed ffmpeg librtmp patch into gst?

In the above zip, you can find the Patch.diff that fixes some problems for
us (Akamai login). But we are unable to make gst use the patched librtmp.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib does not work, although ffmpeg already hooks
to that path and logins successfully using the same output URI as I try to
feed to gst-launch and my gst-based binary.
