did the gst-rtsp-server support FF and RW?

seek and FF/RW are different things.
FF with x2.0 plays the video with double speed.
FF with x0.5 plays the video with haft speed.
RW with x2.0 (or FF with x -2.0 ) plays the video backwards with double
speed.
often are the features realized with I-Frames only.
within vlc seek is clicking on the progress bar.
For FF/RW you need to enable the status bar in VLC (or Playback->speed),
then you can set the playback speed.
I have not seen this feature in gst-rtsp-server.
I know that this feature is very hard to implement.
but i remember that anybody was working on it.
