How many time PIPELINE fetches the data from FILESOURCE plugin [ if pipeline runs for 10sec] ?

overall average bitrate (and peak bitrate). The amount of data that
will be read over the course of a second will be something along the
lines of that bitrate, plus container overhead. When the pipeline
starts up the first time, or after a seek, it will also read data
faster to fill the internal queues of the pipeline (prerolling), but
then settle down.
