avi to mp4 Conversion

I am trying to convert mp4 from avi using following pipeline:

./gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=test.avi ! decodebin !  x264enc ! qtmux ! filesink location=result.mov

There is no audio in the mp4 file so can anyone  tell how i can get audio and video both after  conversion.
