audio problem with jackaudiosink in 1.6.2

Hello,

I've got a problem with a network stream containing audio. The audio
stream comes from an RTSP server. I have to set the latency in
rtpjitterbuffer to 200 because of the video running smooth.
The audio scatters a lot.

If I set the latency to 50, the audio doesn't scatter anymore but the
video does.

In GStreamer 1.4.5 this was all ok and the video and audio were smooth
with a latency setting of 200.

Do you have any ideas what there happened?
