some elements are not getting installed with plugins !!

Hi,

-- I installed gst-plugins-base-1.8.2. But libraries for ivorbisdec and
vorbisdec are not present in the installed folder.
-- Similarly while installing gst-plugins-good-1.8.2, libraries for flacdec
is not present in the folder.
-- For other plugins, faad, mad etc are not present.
-- Why are these libraries not installing along with the plugin
installation?
-- Is ivorbisdec library present only in v1.4.0 of gst-plugins-base? 

Please reply ASAP.
