some elements are not getting installed with plugins !!

How are you installing those? Building from source? Did you check the final
output of configure to check if the plugins you want are going to be
installed? If your system doesn't have the required libraries and headers
some plugins will not be installed. For example, vorbisdec depends on
libvorbis.
