Closed caption in Gstreamer

Hi,

I would like to display Closed caption data using gst pipeline. Could anyone
suggest how can i use vbidec or any other relevant plugin to to fetch n
display the CC (ClosedCaption) data. Or is there any other way to do it.

It would be good if you could provide one example or use case.
