Creating successives files from appsrc source

You could pipe the output of your pipeline to ffmpeg (using a filesink and a
named pipe for example) and use its  segment
<https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-formats.html#segment_002c-stream_005fsegment_002c-ssegment> 
plugin to create mp4 segments. This way we can deduce whether it is a
problem in splitmuxsink or not.
