Starting pointer to build GStreamer plugin which provide OpenMAX IL component functionality.

Dear All , 

In one of our project , we are having an requirement to create an Gstreamer
plugin which would 
make functionality of OPEN MAX IL components available to application as
standard Gstreamer plugin element. 

I had done project of writing Gstreamer application making use of available
Gstreamer Plugin. 

Could group member's please provide some pointers as to how this can be done
& what is the approach that 
should be followed. 
It would be helpful if any discussion / weblink / tutorial could be shared
to study

Example_case :-  Video source components to capture input video
