androidmedia (amc) plugin not able to access Hardware codecs for Android 5.0 and Higher

Hi Sebastian 
We found issue on Samsung Galaxy S4 Model GT-I9506, Android Version 5.0.1
(Original Stock OS of Samsung S4 was 4.3 and it's updated to 5.0.1) Other
details Qualcomm Snapdragon800 2.27GHz, Cores 4, Kernel Architecture armv7l.

Gstemer version is 1.4.0 (commit 85ecdfbfc8968ae417b798804239c22e50be38df )

As you suggested we'll test with playbin and 1.7.90 and also will share
"amc" logs.
