decklinksrc AV sync issue

Regarding decklinksrc audio drift.

According to Ross Currie
https://sourceforge.net/p/snowmix/discussion/Snowmix_Support_Forum/thread/e311cbe1/
there are audio drift issues with some driver versions.

"I have confirmed that the issue was a bug in the decklink card's driver.
10.3.4 has the audio drift issue.
10.3.7 works well.
10.4.1 is just ridiculously broken."

So it may not be in GStreamer.
