decklinksrc AV sync issue

Hi,

Thanks Sebastian. With patch I am not seeing audio drift. It worked fine for
me. I will run it for log time and see if issue still exist. 

Thanks for the info Peter Maersk-Moller. 

I am running with 10.4 driver with I have run for around 4 hours not seen
issue so far. Earlier it was coming within 1 hour.
