Frame drop when playing RTP stream using SDP file

I'm not sure what's not working, Could you tell me how can I enable
additional debug output for rtpjitterbuffer and rtpvrawdepay? Is it using
--gst-debug=rtpjitterbuffer in the pipeline?

Also, I get a better result when I use sync=false with rtpjitterbuffer.
Then I get a result similar to the pipeline without rtpjitterbuffer.
