Video playback problem with omx

I got a sample.h264 video.so i used pipeline like

gst-launch-1.0 -v -m filesrc  location=sample.h264 ! h264parse ! omxh264dec
! filesink= out.yuv

This pipelibe got errors like  negotiaion problem,decoder not initialized.

I used GST DEBUG = 4 to analyze the errors.Attached error status with this
mail.
Please help me to find exact problem behind this.I like to make a playback
using omx video decoder.
