Failed to fetch packages from freedesktop while installing Gstreamer SDK

This documentation is outdate, we are looking forward replacing this

This version of the webside is not hosted by the GStreamer project,

My recommendations for your work would be:
- Move forward with Ubuntu version that is still supported by Canonical
- Use The GStreamer latest stable version
- Use the official build system:
git://anongit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero
