Anything that should go into 1.8.4 release?

Hello,

We'll probably roll another bug-fix release off the 1.8 branch in the
not so distant future.

If there's anything you think should be cherry-picked into the 1.8
branch for the release, please let us know ASAP (preferably by
following up on the bug report with a request to pick the patches into
1.8, alternatively also as a follow-up to this mail if there is no bug
report).
