Removing silence from a stream

Thanks of taking a look into the code, I wanted the upstream messages as I
wish to gather these non-silent audio buffer and later send them to some
webservice to get text from audio. And yes, the VAD_POWER_THRESHOLD
parameter should be configurable. I will work on it
