N-to-N plugin

inputs are independant, I mean the treatement is the same even if there is
no input

loop()
{
   if inpput1, handle1, output 1 and output2
   if input2, handle2, output 1 and output2 
}

Is there a remplate like encoder/filter to make developement easier ?
