GStreamer on Windows XP

Hi!
I would like to install GStreamer on a Windows XP, but the documentation says that GStreamer 1.0 is supported on Windows 7 or later. How about GStreamer 0.10? Would it work on Windows XP? Where can I download GStreamer 0.10 from? I would like to use it with Psychtoolbox 3.0.11.
