Problem with progress time of hls live streaming

Maybe the problem starts in mpegtsmux, this is just a remark. I got into a
point that regardless of the input I get the fixed time, even with rtmp, and
if I remove the mpegtsmux it increase time correctly both in rtmp and in hls
but the generated file can not be playable.

Fixed time in both hls and rtmp
uridecodebin uri=inputhlsorrtmp ! x264enc ! mpegtsmux ! multifilesink
location=/%05d.ts sync=true next-file=key-unit-event post-messages=true

Time increases correctly, but the file can not be playable
uridecodebin uri=inputhlsorrtmp ! x264enc ! multifilesink location=/%05d.ts
sync=true next-file=key-unit-event post-messages=true
