16-bit YUV format support with gstreamer-1.0

AYUV64 is 16 bit per compnent, packed 4:4:4:4 YUV. For adding further
formats, please put a patch in Bugzilla together with some reference
where the format is used :)

There are also some 12 bit formats supported btw. The docs on the GNOME
website are a bit old (looks like 1.2, we're at 1.12 nowadays). You can
