xvid not ported in message

I used to use xvidenc on the old 0.10 series.

I am trying to use gst-plugins-bad 1.4.5 and xvidenc...

In the configure script for gst-plugins-bad it has xvid as "not ported".

How might this get ported so we can continue to use it?
