[Android] GStreamerSurfaceView rendering issue with Fragment

i spent most of the time to root my device and trying to figure out
how to manage gpd on Windows without much progress. i just tried it on
Android 4.4 which seems more stable than 6.0. i will try to test it
more until i prepare Linux environment
