Video window is not visible

Thanks for your response, following are some info which you wanted to know:
1) Ubuntu 14.04 Terminal
2) yes, I have.

3) -pthread -I/usr/include/gstreamer-1.5
-I/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.5/include -I/usr/include/glib-2.0
-I/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/glib-2.0/include  -lgstreamer-1.5 -lgobject-2.0
-lglib-2.0

4) yes , it is working, video is playing.

But don't understand what's wrong with my command/your command?
