Add header to public headers in custom iOS cerbero build

I am building GStreamer via cerbero. In my iOS app I need to access a header
that isn't part of the default public headers. How do you specify in cerbero
that you want a header to be publicly accessible? I've tried looking into
the recipe and package files but am a little lost. Thanks!!
