cannot build source in gst-rtsp-server-1.11.2

The current link on https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/news/ that downloads
the tarball for gst-rtsp-server-1.11.2 will not compile and link correctly.
I have done it correctly for all the other tarballs in the list, but this
one gives me the error:

Any ideas?
