Simple example pipeline using Opusenc fails from gst-launch?

Hi Steve,

Below pipeline worked for me.
gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc wave=sine num-buffers=100 ! audioconvert !
opusenc ! oggmux ! filesink location=sine.ogg

>From logs looks like binary or API mismatch. You may be using some other
version of opus dll. You Try with source code installation once.
